Your faithful companion depends on you for care, love, and is part of your family. Not all family members are alike ~ and the same goes for dogs. Meg's Pawsitive Pups believe effective communication between pup/owner is essential to creating a strong relationship and unbreakable bond.

Whether you are adopting a new pup or re-directing a 'bad habit,' Meg's Pawsitive Pups is the answer. We think of dog training more as pup/owner therapy.
It is very exciting and sometimes can be overwhelming, but it does not need to be.
Our process is simple. Send us an email to learn more. We will reach out to you for an inital phone consult and schedule our in-person Meet and Greet the Whole Family Session. Afterwards, you will receive a written Summary including a Training Session Plan. It's that simple!
Meet and Greet the Whole Family Session
We are all in this together!
The first step for effective training is to make sure that everyone is on the same page for the most successful outcome. During this in-person, 90-minute consult, Meg will meet with you in the privacy of your own home, with all family members present (humans, pups and other pets), introduce herself to you and your pups, share her methodology, answer questions, understand and establish goals together to launch your training journey. Within 48-hours, you will receive a follow-up, written Summary and Training Session Plan recommendation.
Meet and Greet the Whole Family, 90-minute session $150
Training Session Plans
One-size does not fit all. We have two approaches for training: Family-style and Private Day Training. Meg will recommend the path most appropriate, combination of approaches and number of Training Sessions personalized for your pup and family's unique needs. Regardless of the approach, Meg's holistic technique is always rewards-based and encourages positive reinforcement to achieve your goals ~ and have fun doing it! After all Training Sessions, you will receive a written Summary and corresponding hand-outs.
Family-style Training is a collaborative effort. Meg will spend 45-60 minutes per session with all family members involved, pet and human. This type of training is very successful in keeping it simple and ensuring consistent communication among all family members, including your pup. It helps reduce confusion and stress for the entire family.
Family-style Training Session, 45-60 minutes $75
Private Day Training consists of a 1:1 session with Meg and pup. During this 30-minute session, Meg and pup can focus on specific tasks at hand, communication with limited distractions and then introduce new methods to the entire family.
Private Day Training Session, 30-minutes $50
